Uber Air Fryer Roasted Cauliflower with Balsamic Glaze and Parmesan Recipe

Doing the Keto diet is hard but it doesn't have to be if you have an Uber Air Fryer (if you don't get yours here: Uber Air Fryers) Today we are taking a low carb favorite vegetable Cauliflower and making it into a delicious entree or appetizer to share (depends how hungry you are 😂) This simple, quick yet delicious recipe is bound to be in your top 10 once you try it, so lets get to it.

Here's what you need:

  • 1 Medium head Cauliflower (2lbs)
  • 2 table spoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tea spoon salt
  • 1/4 tea spoon pepper
  • 1 table spoon balsamic glaze (balsamic vinegar that is cooked until consistency thickens) *Optional
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 table spoon Fresh Thyme for garnish and flavor

Start by pre-heating your Uber Air Fryer to 400 degrees while you prep. Take your Cauliflower head and remove the leaves then chop the bottom to sit flat in the Uber Air Fryer Basket. Mix the salt and pepper in the olive oil and coat the exterior of the Cauliflower. Once prep is done place the Cauliflower head in the Air Fryer basket and set it to 400 degrees for 40min. at the 20min mark, remove the basket and shake it for even cooking. at the 35min mark remove the basket and sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top of the cauliflower and put it back in the air fryer to complete cooking. Once complete, remove, add the Balsamic Glaze and Fresh Thyme and serve!
