Uber Air Fryer: Healthy Chicken Wings Recipe
Personally I don't trust anyone that says they don't like Chicken wings, but hey thats just me. Today's Chicken Wing Recipe is Keto Friendly, requires no oil or added grease. Chicken is a great source of protein for Adults and children a like, this recipe allows you to get your protein intake in a delicious format, lets get to it!
Here is what you need:
- 1/2 lbs of chicken wings
- salt and pepper (as much or as little as you like)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Optional: Paprika, lemon-pepper dry rub or any other bbq dry rub your heart desires
Take your thawed chicken wings and rub the olive oil all over them. Mix in the salt/pepper or any other dry rub spices that you like and let them rest for 5-10min. While your chicken wings are marinating pre-heat your Uber Air Fryer to 400deg for 5-10min. Next Add your chicken wings to the Air Fryer basket, make sure you have the basket separator at the bottom of the basket to catch any extra oil/fat that accumulates during the cooking process. set the Air Fryer to 350deg for 30min, at the 10min mark pull the basket out and shake it to re-arrange the wings so that they evenly cook, at the 20min mark do the same thing once again. Once they are cooked you can serve them with the dry rub or your can mix them with a little bit of hot buffalo wing sauce or any other wing sauce you like!
